Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above (associate degree acceptable with extensive experience) in electronics, electrical engineering, automation control applications, or a related field;
2. Familiar with the operating principles of solar and heat pump water heating system controls, with strong ability to resolve on-site issues;
3. Basic photography skills, proficiency in image-processing software, strong writing skills, and familiarity with using images to communicate product application scenarios and operating methods to users.
4. Have a good foundation in English.

Job Responsibilities：

1. Develop, revise, and improve product application documentation (copywriting, image processing, and layout)
2. Answer users' technical questions about products; visit user sites when necessary to help resolve practical issues, summarize product defects, and propose improvements;
3. Maintain the application module of the website of the construction company;
4. Develop training tutorials and materials, and train new product application assistants.
