Product Details

D-615R is a solar hot-water project controller widely used in solar + heat-pump hot-water systems. Its powerful functions include heat-collection circulation, low-water filling, timed and temperature-controlled water filling, timed tank auxiliary heating, and constant-temperature return water, meeting diverse customer requirements.

MODBUS485 remote communication allows all temperature and water-level measurements and parameters to be read and modified using a standard MODBUS host, facilitating remote operation and management.

The controller's switching power supply supports AC80V~240V input and ensures stable, reliable, and durable operation, guaranteeing controller stability and reliability.

Product

Product key features

  • Function 1: Solar Thermal Cycle

  • Feature 2: Lack of running water

  • Function 3: Fixed temperature water three times a day

  • function 4: Heat aux three times a day for a fixed period of time

  • Function 5: Temperature return water

  • Both heat-collection circulation and electric heating use high-current relay outputs. The heat-collection circulation output can directly drive a 500W pump, and the tank constant-temperature heating output can directly drive a 2000W electric heater.

  • The collector temperature probe uses an NTC230K thermistor with a high-temperature-resistant design, withstanding temperatures up to 250°C

  • The water tank temperature probe uses a waterproof sensor and can be immersed directly in water for temperature measurement.

  • Collector temperature, water tank temperature, and other thermostat temperature measurements are all displayed to one decimal place

  • Fault alarm: temperature measurement fault alarm, water level fault alarm

  • Three-way temperature measurement deviation correction

  • Intelligent power supply design automatically adapts to AC80V–240V, ensuring stable, durable operation worldwide.

  • MODBUS communication: All temperature readings, water-level measurements, and parameters can be read and modified through a standard MODBUS host.
